Highlights:  In the heart of Portland's Pearl District stands 750ml, three businesses in one.  Started by owner/operator Rena Vatch as a wine shop in the fall of 1999, the wine shop expanded into a full wine bar, and most recently, a full service restaurant.  Wines are grouped by taste preferences, such as Luscious, Divine, Bodacious and Self-Indulgent.  Vatch claims this manner of organizing makes it easier for people to find wines they prefer without spending a lot of time looking.
